The Imperial 3 has been proposed to be one of the first skyscrapers of the country to have an eco-friendly architectural design with height reaching  around 396.2 meters, or, roughly 1300 feet.

The towering structure is set to reach a height of 300 meters, approximately 984 feet, and will comprise 83 floors, including one below ground. The building is designed to accommodate around 290 apartments and offers a substantial parking capacity with 800 spaces.
