The 2019 Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 was slightly redesigned. The back bumper, boot lid, and body panels are the same as the previous model, but the headlamps are petal-shaped. Front bumper is new. This has a large air dam and honeycomb plastic mesh. The fog lamp slots cost extra.
The 2019 Alto's dashboard and a few other parts are interchangeable with the more expensive K10 model. Compared to the previous grey layout, the new Alto's dual-tone dashboard in black and beige is more aesthetically pleasing. This time, the door pads and seats are covered in dual-tone cream and black cloth.
The 5-speed manual Alto uses the F8D petrol 796 cc engine. The Alto K10 has AMT, however this model does not. After BS-VI, the gearbox and engine remain unaltered. The car's exhaust changes to meet new rules.
The Alto is 50mm longer than before which was 3,395 mm. The new bumper design requires this length increase to meet pedestrian safety standards. All Alto models include driver airbags, EBD, ABS, rear parking sensors, and front passenger and driver seat-belt reminders.
Priced between Rs 3.54 lakh to Rs 5.13 lakh, Maruti Suzuki's Alto 800 has variable on-road costs depending on various cities. It can accommodate 4-5 people at a time.
