Both Uber and Ola are currently facing the ire of customers in India for random surge pricing

 Ola, Uber, and Rapido will be stopped in Bengaluru for the next three days amid the banning of services by transport department

Ola, Uber and Rapido have been charging upwards of Rs 100 per trip, even for trips shorter than 2km long. 

India awaits their response in the next 3 days , else face the legal banning. 

Both Ola and Uber’s licenses have expired, with the transport department not clearing applications to renew them.
